Victoria has been engaged in private practice and litigation in Athens for the last 30 years. After graduating from the University of Thrace Law School, Victoria has spent many years representing clients in a multitude of civil and administrative law cases.
Victoria has established herself as a respected attorney in the areas of corporate and business law, personal litigation and civil proceedings. She represents clients in the first instance and appeal tiers of the legal system but also in mediation proceedings. Depending on the circumstances of the case, she uses her skills and experience to reach amicable settlements, thereby maximising the benefits for her clients.
Cases she handles include defamation claims, property and co-ownership disputes, trademark opposition claims as well as complex family law matters and divorce proceedings (whether consensual or contested), often with an international element.
Beyond offering contentious legal services, Victoria has tremendous experience in representing clients in non-contentious legal work. She advises on real estate transactions involving the purchase, sale and lease of property where she undertakes title searches, liaises with the notary public for the execution of notarial deeds and attends to land registration formalities. She also has extensive experience in wills, inheritance and associated claims.
Victoria maintains the highest possible legal and ethical standards.
