From a purely regulatory perspective we have assisted the Regulatory Authority for Energy in drafting secondary legislation for the operation of Greece’s wholesale electricity market and have also proposed legislative amendments to reduce administrative burdens in the energy sector, as identified by the Greek Ministry of Reform and the OECD.
