Our lawyers have extensive experience in advising on employment obligations in the context of transfers of undertakings and global transactions. We advise on and conduct internal investigations in the workplace when businesses are concerned by allegations of misconduct or potential breaches of applicable anti-bribery laws.
We also act on behalf of companies before the first instance, appeal and supreme courts and represent them before the Labour Inspectorate in employment proceedings with a view to mitigating or avoiding the risk of litigation.
